1) Free Standard Shipping（NORMAL MAIL):
Standard Shipping is a non-traceable normal mail service provided by SingPost.
As it's a non-traceable parcel, by selecting this, Zenzi will not be liable for any lost-parcel after sending it out.
Generally it'll take between 3-5 working days for such parcel to be delivered, subjected to occasional delays.
2) Local Express Shipping (NINJAVAN) :
Express Shipping is a fixed fee of $4.50.
All Express Shipping comes with tracking and sms notification from the courier on the day of delivery.
You will receive your order within 1-2 working days*
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order

Rest assured, we do accept Returns and Exchange.
1. Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14-days from the date the parcel was delivered.
2. Items must be unwashed and unworn in its original packaging.
3. For Returns and Exchanges Online, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with the return procedure.
Simply send your order back with its original packaging back to us and we'll issue you with the corresponding store-credit.
Zenzi Group will not be liable for any lost parcel during the return process. Please opt to use for a traceable courier.
All store-credit lasts for 30-days from the date of issue.
4. We do accept Returns & Exchange In-Store at any of our 4-outlets as well.
For Returns and Exchange In-Store, please show our staff your Order Number and you'll be able to select any item of equivalent value or simply top-up the difference for different priced product.
Do note that no refunds will be issued should the chosen product be of lower valued than your returned product.
